The background recedes so effectively. The face and upper body work a charm, not so keen on the lower half however... But shit man, I'm loving the style, lot of texture to it from what I can tell? Nice and thickly. Colours are really mellow.

Thanks. There is texture to this one, made from correction pen, and the inks work well at bringing them out. :)

Firstly, I built up textures with acrylic paint/ correction pen. Then i used offset inks, which is used in commercial printing.

wooooooooow this absolutely knocks my socks off. omg this is gorgeous. your colour choice is ridiculous - so many warm orange-reds and yellow, and then little splotches of cool yellow and slight greens. the very meaning of an exciting analogous palette, I love it. gorgeous use of black - not overwhelming the drawing but definitely an important part of the atmosphere. and your mark making is fantastic in the body. ok, i have to fave this.
and you need to tell me about this ink technique. seriously man.

Great piece man! It reminds me to Egon Schiele. I specially like the hard contrast between light and shadows on her face.

I love the color and line variety in this--the face seems especially intrigueing--makes me want to look into it more. However, those legs and hips seem wonky beyond aesthetics.

I like the cromatic tonality a lot...gas something from the colours used by Modigliani...
I am really impressed by this work ...it looks like the body is different from the legs and neck because of the colour tones ... but it doesn't brake it ...and I like how did u used the contour to push in front of the viewer the nude...
great cromatic structure...u should submit more like this....5 stars from me
